Faisal is Head of Research at Cluttons and overseas the development and delivery of the firm’s annual research programme. His expertise lies in researching and analysing real estate markets, with a focus on the UK, the Middle East and Nigeria. His work focuses on all sectors, examining broader economic drivers that underpin global real estate activity.
Having grown up and worked in Dubai, Faisal has an intimate understanding of the market dynamics across the Middle East region. He also have five years’ experience in the London residential market, during which time he has provided strategic advice to a number of clients, while also delivering a range of UK residential, UK commercial and international research reports. Faisal holds an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from the American University in Dubai, a MSc. In Project Management and an MBA, both from the University of Greenwich.
Cluttons is the world’s oldest chartered surveying firm and is headquartered in London. 2015 marks the firm’s 250th anniversary and Cluttons currently has operations in the UK, Europe, the Middle East, Asia Pacific, Africa and India.
